Elaboration:
Artisan winemaking skills are applied to produce this cava. The still wine reposes inside the hermetically sealed bottle before being transformed into cava following the second fermentation. The wine undergoes a cellar process followed by clarification of the wine by the traditional racking method and then disgorging to remove the lees.

Taste:
Straw green colour, fresh and fruity with green apple tones and a toasty base. This is a refined, aromatic wine that gives off a harmonious rosary of fine bubbles.
