20 days of temperature controlled maceration followed by fermentation and aging for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Taste:
Ruby red revealing an intense nose of cherries, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is round with spices and soft tannins complementing the fruity flavours. A smooth and satisfying wine with a long lingering finish.
