Elaboration:
Slow, natural fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C followed by maceration for 12 days. After this the wine is racked in stainless steel tanks to settle and undergo malolactic fermentation for 15 days at a temperature of 21°C.

Taste:
A shiny, cherry red coloured wine with violet glints revealing its youth. It has a nose of sour cherries, freshly cut grass, irises and water lilies and on the palate, a juicy mouthful with aloe notes and a clean, refreshing taste.

Service:
16°C. As an appetizer or pair it with light courses like rice, pasta and all types of cheese and also white meat and raw meat dishes.
