Elaboration:
20 days of temperature controlled maceration followed by natural malolactic fermentation in tanks for 2 weeks. After clarification and decanting, the wine is fermented in French and American oak barrels for more than 8 months. The ageing continues in bottles until it is released the following summer.

Taste:
Ruby red in colour with fruit compote flavours and balsamic, cedar wood and vanilla tones. A full bodied wine with persistent flavours and well polished tannins. Good lengthy finish.

16-18°C. Excellent with all meat dishes such as roasted veal, meat stews and game.
