10% of the wine is fermented in oak with a short rest on its lees giving the wine greater complexity and weight on the palate.

Taste:
Intense strawberry pink with aromas of peach, red fruits and watermelon. A full, well structured taste with waves of refreshing summer berry fruit flavours. An exceptionally long finish for a rosé, more reminiscent of a quality red wine.
