Rosé Wine is made from red grape varieties where the juice is left in contact with the skin for just a few hours to obtain its delicate colour.

  • Elaboration:

    10% of the wine is fermented in oak with a short rest on its lees giving the wine greater complexity and weight on the palate.

  • Taste:

    Intense strawberry pink with aromas of peach, red fruits and watermelon. A full, well structured taste with waves of refreshing summer berry fruit flavours. An exceptionally long finish for a rosé, more reminiscent of a quality red wine.

  • Service:

    10°C. A very versatile food wine that goes with light summer dishes as well as meats, full flavoured fish dishes and mixed foods such as tapas.
