Elaboration:
The grapes which have been harvested by hand are de-stemmed and pressed after which it undergoes a cold maceration process. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a controlled temperature of between 17-18 degrees.

Tasting:
A medium bodied wine of a brilliant straw yellow colour with a fresh citrus and floral bouquet. On the palate, it is fruity with subtle floral characteristics, nice minerality and a well balanced complexity. A silky and round mouthful with a long flavourful finish, this is a lovely example of a distinct varietal personality.

Well chilled. An ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes.
