  • Elaboration:

    Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 15°C.

  • Tasting:

    Dry white wine, pale gold to golden colour. Frank or clean in taste with floral and fruity aromas, harmonious, light and with a low acidity.

  • Service:

    Cold, between 6°C to 8°C as an aperitif or with meals. Goes especially well with fish and shellfish as well as cheese and cured ham.
